To freeze your ONE debit card, please use the following steps: If your card is lost or stolen or you detect suspicious activity, you can freeze your card immediately from within the ONE app or via our website to prevent further card transactions. Note: If you have a ONE Retail Card (that has not been activated, or that is activated for Limited-use), keep it in a safe place and treat your card like cash, as it cannot be replaced. A new debit card will be sent to the mailing address on file.You can do so by following the steps below: A new ONE card will automatically be sent to the mailing address on file. If your card is lost or stolen, please immediately report your card as Lost or Stolen within the app to deactivate it and prevent unauthorized purchases. Your PIN will be reset and immediately ready for use.Tap the icon to access the My Card menu. ![]() ![]() If you would like to update the PIN for your card, please follow these steps: Your ONE card will arrive via USPS within 7-10 business days after you open your account.
